Losing Weight




Hello everyone!

This is my current figure right now.

last month I am 92kg
as of now I am 86kg

amazing right?

I dont know.

so here is what I did:
1. bicycle
2. no rice every meal
3. no softdrinks every meal
4. drink lots of water


So hopefully I can be able to document my progress here.

As of now I am currently becoming busy because of some web development projects as well as graphic designs.

How to avoid hot choco

Recently I was trying to remove Rice from my meals, its been a month since I started doing this.
But lately, I was consuming hot choco like a boss. I ask my friends if Hot Choco is not good for my diet, and they confirmed that it is a great contributor of sugar. So was immediate decide not to drink any hot choco from now onwards.

And I will start my day early today so that I can bicycle my way to our Office and use the stairs not the evelator. I will have to bring extra shirt for this :)
